Hi Deep, Haven't heard from you for so long.... I have been fighting with my internet connection, mobile phone etc...

NOW : back again with laptop troble : strange sound back again after update failure due to extremely slow connection for Quick time and itune. Do you think you could have a look at this hijack result ?

LOL, considering that I have considered to back up, now, HOW to DO back up? I can't find the magic button. do't forget I am an "amateur" By the way, HP learning center is great but refuses to register me.Have sent them an email. Would that give me any certification? I am also looking at a 2 years part time course with Oxford University on Computing and internet. Still haven't met you it all looks very quite.
